How to Apply

To begin, please download and complete our Participation Application/Agreement and submit
it along with at least five (5) images that strongly represent your body of work.

Once your materials are received, our Committee of Jurors will carefully review your submission to determine if your work aligns with the vision
and standards of the Canopy. Applicants are typically notified of their status within approximately one week.

Upon Acceptance

If selected, you will be invited to join the Canopy Collective and begin your journey with us. Next steps include:

• Signing and returning your participation agreement along with your first month’s space fee

• Providing three available dates to complete a full-day retail training (applied toward your participation hours)

• Reviewing and setting up your designated display or studio space

• Meeting with our Promotions Director, who will gather information about you and your work to begin introducing you through our website,
  social media channels, and local press—at no additional cost to you
